We charge an estimate booking fee because we value our staff’s time, knowledge and expertise.
By booking and paying for an estimate appointment, we can allocate dedicated time for our team to properly assess your vessel, discuss the work you require and consider the best approach to achieving the best possible outcome.
Rather than providing a rushed or general estimate, this allows us to give your vessel the time and attention it deserves.
Please keep in mind that the estimate booking fee is credited towards your final invoice once the approved work has been completed by Havoc Marine.
-
That’s not a problem. If you’re unsure exactly what work is required, or whether Havoc Marine is able to assist, simply send us an email outlining what you would like done. If possible, please include a couple of photos of the vessel or the area you would like assessed.
Our administration team will present the information to our staff for discussion and review.
Once reviewed, our administration team will be in touch to either:
Arrange an estimate booking so we can assess the work in more detail; or
Offer advice and, where possible, recommend alternative businesses that may be better suited to your requirements.
We’re always happy to help point you in the right direction.
-
